How it’s made
Vegetables, chicken, mutton and whole spice are chosen and cleaned the same day they’re used.
Salted and rubbed with ground spice, then left to rest so the flavour has time to settle in.
Chicken and mutton are slow-cooked in mustard oil; vegetables are sun-dried; spices are roasted and stone-ground.
Pickles are sealed under oil and left to mature; powders are packed the same day they’re ground.
No added preservatives
Cold-pressed mustard oil only
Jars and powders are packed to order in small batches — write in with what you’d like and how many, and we’ll confirm availability and delivery
